I agree with other posters and reviewers who say that Tweed's Penelope (CBD SKUNK HAZE) is superior to their Argyle strain. For myself, CBD Skunk Haze has a fairly large CBD content, and is one of the staples of my medicinal plan. It provides good pain relief and a sense of well being without the impairment that the higher THC strains have been known to cause, however, that is not to say that you will not feel completely sober. This is a strain one could use in the morning to deal with aches and pains, and most importantly, it will not leave you feeling tired or groggy in the afternoon or evening. This is likely due to the balanced THC/CBD levels as well as the sativa genetics of the parent plants. I found the taste to be fairly pungent in a vaporizer, and was surprised when I tasted a little bit of spice. Overall, I would recommend this strain to those suffering form pain who want a strain for mornings and afternoons.

The PENELOPE in terms of duration is about 2 hours for high peak effect and a half hour to a hour more in medium and low peak you fell it but it's not overpowering.the symptoms I treated was for muscle and joint relaxation it also helps with low energy and focus the time of day of use was all hours of the day At night all you need to do is use a little more and it helps insomnia. My opinion is to get a better overall product the Penelope needs a little more sweet smell and taste not like blueberry or grape just a little more sweetness or a little more skunk right now it has to must haze taste in it ,but overall the Penelope would get a 7 out of 10

Easy ordering process and very helpful staff. Penelope arrived within 3 days and was very well packaged. Upon first site, I was extremely impressed with quality of the strain as it was very dense and had a moderate aroma which was not over-powering. I proceeded to grind the dried flower and to my delight it was quite easy and fairly consistent upon breakdown. Penelope takes immediate effect with slight euphoric/cerebral feelings and is very uplifting and provides an overall sense of pleasure. This fantastic strain will guide you nicely through the day and early evening without feeling burnt out. Penelope has provided me moderate pain relief while also helping to overcome anxiety/depression throughout the day. Typically I find approx. 2-3 hours of solid relief on 1 medium sized bong hit. Very nice buzz considering the ratio of THC, very nice right before you hit the pillow. Stands on its own with nice effects.

This is a decent strain i find it useful for all of my illness's symptoms. I use it everyday for its cbd content and becuase of the strains promised attributes. The smell is garlicky, PUNGEUNT. The taste is piney with a mildy sweet garlic note. The appearance of the orange hairs are long and curly protruding from the bud a tiny bit. The trimming is above average and i like it the size of the buds. In the hand it is firm and sticky, dense growths and darker than average hairs. The effects are overall pleasant i have not had any negative side effects other than tired eyes. I would buy it again and i have just placed an order for another 10 grams. I subtracted 3 stars because i expect more from a high ranking cannabis company in terms of cbd product potency and price and availability. The THC needs to be higher for depression and stress.

Its ok but just make the body feel heavy and not want to do anything. My mind is still active but body is just heavy. Took around 9-10pm it was ok.

I love This CBD strain with its 10% thc and 7.40% CBD it is a great CBD strain. Use for pain any time of day and will do great. High CBD and moderate THC makes this a VERY good strain for nausea try it out!

At (I think) a 1:1 ratio, you pretty much get what you'd expect from this. I wouldn't call it the strongest treatment I have for any one symptom, but it tastes nice, smells nice, smokes nicely, and I really can't think of anything this wouldn't be at least somewhat useful in treating. It's not a panacea, but if you need something during the day that won't wipe you out and isn't too strong, this is a solid contender. It doesn't give you that euphoric "punch" that some of the insanely strong indicas will, but it's relaxing and very mellow. If you socialize and smoke, this one seems to pair just fine with alcohol (take it easy and drink responsibly, though). Effects last surprisingly long, or at least for myself, they did. A 15 min smoking session (usually just 1/2 to 3/4 of a cigarette for me) will provide lasting effects of up to 2 hours. Being one of the least expensive strains on offer, you really can't go wrong with this one. Solid selection.

Very impressed with my first order from Tweed! I was pleasantly surprised when my order showed up the next day via Canada Post. When I opened the jar, Penelope's dense popcorn sized buds gave off notes of citrus, pine and cedar. The bud crumbled easily between my my thumb and fore finger, which I then put in my vaporizer. I love the taste of this strain, either smoked or vaped! I have anxiety and Penelope is very effective in keeping my calm and relaxed. Little things that normally get on my nerves (i get irritated easily) suddenly don't bother me after I medicate. Stress literally melts away with Penelope Also because of the low 10% THC I am able to focus and not get all "spaced out", I do get a bit of a THC buzz but not so much that I can't be highly productive - no pun intended. I've used Penelope morning, noon and night. I usually crumble up .2 of a gram (maybe less) into my vaporizer and that's good for about 2 hours. Keeps me in a great mood anytime of day :) I so glad that I can now order marijuana that has the right balance of CBD and THC which helps me me function daily to be my best. I'll be ordering more of this!
