I have tried numerous strains over the course of my life, and every one has caused be some degree of paranoia. EVERY ONE. Every one except for this one. Maybe that's due to its relative dearth of THC. Maybe it's due to the excess of CBD. Maybe both; I don't know. But I know that when I drink, I don't always want to chug hard liquor. Sometimes I just want a beer or two. Similarly, I don't always want to get high as a kite. But most contemporary strains today are more akin to vodka than beer: unless you're very careful, you will get very stoned very quickly. Personally, I don't EVER want to get "high as a kite," because of the aforementioned problems with paranoia, so this is perfect for me (but don't let the "2% THC" fool you—this strain can feel a little stronger than that low percentage would indicate). It's the only strain I would even consider using socially. Highly recommended.

I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and some kind of spasm/twitch/involuntary movement hell that we're working on a name for. For the last part a neurologist (who I have since fired from my care team) told me to take klonopin. I took it as directed and it was the worst pain of my life and I've had two kids since the fibro started. Took pain spasms in major muscle groups to ones that involved my ribs and diaphragm which meant I couldn't breath when the spasm was happening. It was horrifying. Took a double dose of the tizanidine that I was on and three times the amount of a tincture made using White Fire (hybrid that helps with pain/spasms) to get things to calm enough to sleep. When the tincture wore off about 5 hours later things started to ramp back up again. Ended up in the ER writhing and crying and cursing because I was hysterical with pain. They gave me dilauded and it didn't do a damn thing for the pain. What did help was valium but made me foggy and I can't work like that. My research brought to my attention a strain of cannabis called Charlotte's Web. It has a THC content of only 0.6% with a CBD above 10%. THC is what gives you the high of cannabis. The strain was developed specifically for a little girl that was having hundreds of seizures a day. Her family heard that CBD could help, tried it and it helped her so much they moved from the east coast to Colorado so she could get it legally. My theory was that since many of the pharmaceuticals I've been put on for spasms/twitches/wtfever have also been anti-seizure meds then a cannabis strain breed for seizures would help as well. I can't smoke or vape anything (sensitive lungs) but I can do edibles and tinctures. Got some of the CW and processed half in coconut oil and the other half went into Everclear to make a 2-week tincture. So I'm using the Charlotte's Web baked in cookies during the day and the Valium at night plus for break through spasm-hell. If I get pissed off as badly as I was yesterday afternoon by some call center idiot nurse then all bets are off and I have to upgrade to the valium for break through. But I can work on the Charlotte's Web with very little high or pain fog. I get the occasional twitch but none of the terrifying chest spams that stop my breathing. Going to get some growing in my hydroponic set up as soon as I can get a couple of clones from a group in the next county over (only guys that have them). This strain is amazing and I cannot say how grateful I am that I was able to find out where to find it on Leafly.

Simply put, this strain destroyed my anxiety. The high is extremely clear headed which allows you the choice to go about your day or just chill. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for a few years and this has helped me find myself again. It's only been two weeks and I'm nowhere near 100% but I'm way better than I was two weeks ago which is saying alot. For me, this really makes me feel my past pain stored in my mind and body. It sounds like a bad thing, but this process feels like a purge of all that negativity which leaves me feeling drained at the end of a session but in a really good way. Your bed will never feel more comfortable once it's time for bed, and you wake up feeling great. This is medicine in the truest sense. Only negative side effects I've noticed is slight dry mouth. Staying well hydrated will eliminate this.

I am in my mid 40s and have never used drugs either medicinally or recreationally. I don't drink. I have suffered depression along with anxiety for most of my adult life. A dear friend of mine (who WAS suffering severe depression) told me about greens for treating depression. I smoked my first pipe (2 hits) at her house of Green Crack and I felt a tiny bit happier. It did have some relief. After getting my license (the next day) I did a ton of research. I went to a local shop and the woman helping me told me to try CW with a small bit of Sour Diesel. I also got a small electronic cig of high CBD. I tried it today and found myself singing, playing music and doing the dishes. I also have a terrible compulsive eating disorder and I was not hungry. I feel like the sadness has been lifted. What I smoked was high CBD and little THC. I do not like the feeling of being high or not in control. I was crying almost every day and contemplated suicide countless times. I have been on antidepressants for years but feel they have stopped working. The CW with a tiny bit of SD (2 puffs only), had completely changed my life. I am so grateful for this stuff. I feel like I have a life with living now.. 💕

My absolute favourite strain! Instant physical and mental relaxation without fatigue or extreme head high. I use it to even out anxious episodes, depressive moods, and related physical symptoms like hypertonic muscle spasms. I haven't had any muscle pain since starting with this and I now have increased feeling in my hands and feet because muscles that were chronically squeezing nerves have *finally* relaxed. I smoke this at any time throughout the work day and find myself functioning at a high level with no interference from a head high. My only wish is that the effect lasted longer. I have to smoke pretty regularly to keep it up.

I am using the oil, Everyday Advanced. I am very intolerant to THC. Unfortunately this caused high anxiety and paranoia. I was great for a week and every time, I made sure that I shook the bottle. So discouraged because it definitely takes the edge off pain. I am not sure if the oil is the way to go but I did see that some users smoked Charlotte's Web and had the same experience. I suffer from severe chronic pain, due to rods and fusion in the spine and suffer from severe anxiety and depression which I know is all related.

My #1 top favorite strain. When I smoke, I prefer to have smaller amounts to avoid any anxiety or paranoia. Other strains with higher THC can make me feel completely out of control in a negative way. However, Charlotte's Web makes me feel at ease and content. I feel as though I am able to see my thoughts more clearly. Perhaps this is because any feelings of anxiety or insecurity are completely gone and not weighing my thoughts down. I am able to talk myself out of my usual negative internal talk. This strain is the perfect medicine. It helps to treat your problems (medically, mentally, emotionally, etc.) without introducing new ones (or side effects like most other medicines do). I am left feeling extremely satisfied with my life and situation.

The strain for its purpose is great. having it be a sativa I found that it allow me to get off the couch and be productive weather it be getting a project done that I previously procrastinated with or just getting out of house and going for a nice walk. Only complaint I have with this strain and with all high CBD strains in the headache I get. I'm not sure what contributes to the headache but from experience I have had this issue with other CBD strains hybrids and sativa. Very faint initial head buzz but wears off very quickly. I used a water pipe on this strain and found it to be a little harsh on the throat aroma was very similar compared to other CBD strains like ACDC. I gave it a 4 out 5 mainly due to the headaches

This is a great strain for anyone with high anxiety or anyone who needs pain relief but still wants to get things done throughout the day. I am very sensitive to THC, and experienced high anxiety and a general sense of sickness whenever I tried weed. I loved this strain. It made me happy and relaxed, but my mind was clear and focused, allowing me to feel in control while still enjoying myself. I was able to function and enjoy the rest of my day without being bed bound. The only negative effect I experienced was car sickness, which I normally don't get, but as soon as I got out of the car, I felt fine. I give this an A+, no need to feel nervous with this strain.
