I was surprised to find that it was already pre ground however this made it easily accessible for a quick pack of the bowl or to make butter. I always feel as though the less work I have to do it is always better. It worked in mildly alleviating my lower back pain and there was a bit of a high feeling however the taste was a bit earthy which I am still unsure if I like that or not. I would buy this batch again as it did some what work in managing my pain however since it is already pre busted I feel as though it does not look like ten grams. But like most marijuana, after it is ground it always looks like a lot less. I would recommend to at least try this batch and see what it does for you. I do suggest to make into edibles as opposed to smoking to eliminate that earthy taste.

This is my first review. I have been with Aphria since December. The prices are set a little high in my opinion considering they don't offer compassionate pricing; however, they do offer monthly specials, as well as, this product (Grower's Blend) which sells for $4.00/gram. Unfortunately, Grower's Blend is not always available, as it is sold in limited quantities which could pose issues for people trying to keep their medication consistent. Since being with Aphria, they have had two seperate batches of Grower's Blend with about a month or so wait in between them. The price and quality has remained consistent between the two. Potency/effects and appearance/flavour have also remained fairly consistent, as well. I would describe the SMELL of the bud as predominantly evergreen with some earthiness and notes of citrus. I would describe the TASTE to be similar to that of a truffle: earthy with almost spicy-like undertones. The APPEARANCE, as seen in the picture, is of bud consisting of multiples shades of green with a sparse to light coating of trichomes and little to no pistils (red-orange hairs). The blend also contains stems. You may also find chunks of keef (trichomes) scattered throughout the blend (BONUS!). I would describe the EFFECTS as being balanced. Not overly tiring or uplifting. It's great for use during the day, but it also won't keep you up at night. The experience includes both the body-high of an Indica with the head-high of a Sativa in average proportions for a comprehensive but yet subtle overall high. INDICATIONS: I use this product for both pain (moderate relief) and chronic motor tics (moderate reduction in tic frequency). I believe this product would also provide some relief with depression, as it is fairly uplifting. It could also be used as a sleep-aid, although if you have severe insomnia, I would recommend an Indica high in THC. In terms of QUALITY, the bud comes relatively dry. It's marketted as being pre-ground enough to be used in a vaporizer; however, I have found that it requires extra grinding for use with a vaporizer or papers. It's a decent size for a pipe/bong or for cooking. It seems that Grower's Blend may just be a mix of all the shake from Aphria's other strains sold at a discounted price. RECOMMENDED for people on a budget, people not particular about the availability of a particular strain, people desiring a subtle, balanced high and people wanting to treat multiple conditions with the same product. My CUSTOMER SERVICE experience has been adequate, although the price of shipping is extremely high ($20 to $30 for Ontario to Alberta) and the shipping almost always takes twice as long as what Aphria quotes on their website; however, they are prompt and helpful with inquiries, they provide their patients with a marijuana guide that includes strain information, tutorials and recipes, and have included free stuff like grinders and extra syringes (oil) in my orders in the past.

I used mine in edibles and vapor and smoking. I thought it was a little rough to just roll with. My partner however loved it. The vapor was fun. Felt good and relaxed. The edible oil I made was pretty darn great. I had to be careful if I took to much so I could wakr up easier. Definetly worth it for the price.

Little harsh on the throat smoking it in a joint and not to keen on the taste. I have been buying this when my bank account gets low. Does the trick kind of, but not a favorite. I am by far an expert but I want to say I feel like sometimes the product was not flushed well or long enough at the end of growing, leaving that taste of chemicals occasionally

I was surprised with what I received in the mail. It was just a bottle of shake. I had to call Aphria to make sure that's actually what I was supposed to get. There was no description on the website when I bought it. For $4 /gram though it's a good deal. It's still quite effective and the extra little CBD boost makes for a good little energy / creativity boost.

Pre busted buds. Pretty much ready to roll weed. Not much smell or resin. Better then nothing but not amazing!

So this is my third order of growers blend from Aphria. I originally started ordering growers blend for the price, cheap way to make edibles at 3.99 per gram. Once I vaped it I was very pleased. This batch seems to have a higher THC AND CBD percent. I usually have a very calm releaxing feeling after. Thus is a huge deal for me while suffering with stress and anxiety. Edibles are fantastic made with growers blend. But lately I prefer vaping. It's a time saver with it already being ground. Once I'm done vaping I save the vaped herb and once I have enough I make butter. Even though it's vaped it is still going to make a patient butter, I was very surprised. Hooked me by the price of growers blend but I keep coming back because it's a pretty good smoke .obviously because it's my third order......

Pre ground blend of greenhouse grown marijuana. Very dry and a light pleasant taste. You may find some small buds in your bottle.

What is Grower's Blend?

This strain should be approached with caution since it can induce paranoia and couchlock. Grower's Blend is well known for its ability to produce powerful cerebral euphoria accompanied by moderate sedation. Given both relaxing and uplifting effects of the strain, it can be consumed to treat anxiety and depression and improve mood. The strain’s aroma and flavor remind of a combination of blue cheese, honey and menthol.
