Harlequin

Great nose, great buds. Flavour isn't anything special but I love this strain. My ability to focus and function while feeling uplifted and energetic/happy is something I've been trying to find for a while. If you're looking for something to help you focus and motivate you without jitters, this is it. I've spent a week with this every morning before my shower and coffee, and my mood is just drastically improved. Better focus and drive at work as well, even just from the morning session. Can't recommend this enough, unless you're looking for something more cerebral or numbing, in which case you're probably after a higher THC content anyway.

I like a good cbd potent strain but this one did not taste the best....and for how much it cost I was a little let down.

Bought 3.5g at City Cannabis in Vancouver. Packaged in a shiny silver resealable bag, the buds were a tad dry but looked and smelled very pleasant. Easily ground and rolled, the smoke was very smooth with only a few coughs here and there. The THC sativa buzz comes on fairly quickly and doesn't last long, but it's an effective kickstart, like a fast-acting energy drink. The CBD buzz sets in thereafter and lasts for 1 1/2 - 2 hours; I can see it being helpful before a complex movie (or, according to conjecture elsewhere on the internet, lifting weights). It's a nice anxiety-free focus. I'll be buying this again regularly (online, since private retail prices are rather high) and using it before social situations.

This is not the kind of strain to use if you just want to chill and watch tv. I have used it before bed a few times and had a heck of a time falling asleep. It’s ok for doing stuff around the house during the day if you like that kind of thing.

I stretch, I fetch, I Netflex, This is a nice go between for not getting to high mid week. I find cannabis after or before stretching really helps me work into improving my bodies ability to move day after day. Post exercise I would also recommend!

I really love Harlequin for its ability to take anxiety away and leave you energetic and motivated to get shit done. But in excess it can cause a bit of anxiety and paranoia. At least in myself and few others I know. Small doses or tokes are the way to go throughout the day. This is my 2nd favorite strain besides Durban Poison. That's the best.
