This strain combines the feeling of being relaxed, at ease and calm without the drag of a High Thc / low CBD indica strain. There is a mental acuity without the racing thoughts sometimes associated with a good Sativa or Sativa leaning Hybrid. It also doesn't increase the volume or intensity of my thoughts or feelings. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it for stimulating your creativity. One big bonus, in my view, is the fact that my memory seems to stay intact without so many memory slips with conventional ganja. This strain is nearly a panacea for pain and anxiety Managment. I use it for pain due to inflammation and my wife uses it for anxiety and pain Managment. Most good high THC, low CBD strains hit hard on some level, some are more relaxing than others but Harle-Tsu is different. It is as if it were a third type of cannabis plant, not indica and not sativa and not a hybrid either. If we start with that we are getting some where in attempting to describe it.

"Quote me on this, 'It's no pan-galactic gargle blaster, but it's mighty lemony.'", says my Man, who just woke back up, walked to the kitchen and muttered, "so thirsty." while chugging a pint of water when asked (by myself) if he wanted to ad any tasting notes to this review. I would totally do this again and that has very little to do with the fact that I've got almost a third of a pre-roll left outside in the camp chair and a fresh one right in front of me. This was a tasty and relaxing flower. However, it must be noted that at least in my case and in the case of my apparently dehydrated and sleepy man, the idea that "CBD won't get you high" is false. I was most certainly high for about an hour. Notes for Science: Pre-roll: one (1) gram Brand: Going Green Labeled: Harley-Sue Harvest: 06/11/2015 The low down: Fist burn: I smoked it by myself, a bit timidly, just until I felt the primary effect I was after - Headache relief. It only took 3 shallow drags over a space of about 2 minutes to feel a substantial decrease in the pain. I still had things to do, and I was satisfied, so I knocked out the cherry and put the joint back in its tube. Over-all I was a bit relaxed in a positive way and I would say definitely not sedated. My mental clarity was improved, not being in pain, however; I feel like I may have been generally quieter than usual. A note on pre-rolls: I dig it. Interim*: finished work, got home and smoked 2 other high CBD strains, somewhat cautiously, watched Arrested Development, and went to sleep. Today's burn**: Woke up and the headache was back, so I got some coffee, collected my boyfriend, and smoked the joint with him down to about a third its original length, which being a cone is not the same as 1/3 its original volume. I would say we smoked about 0.5g +/-0.1g. Yes'ir, we smoked like we were back in high school. Long, deep, satisfying drags, because it's Saturday, we have no firm plans, and the word on the street is "CBD won't get you high". I was in the bathroom for an hour, dreaming with my eyes open. I mean, I sat down to pee and *boom* dream brain. I was gone. Far, Far gone, I kept seeing/ hearing an ambulance lights/siren sprinting back and forth on my neighborhood street. Colors delaminated and I took a ride on fractal patterns. Christian symbolism floated in and out and I took a deep breath and realized I was still sitting on the toilet. I had been dreaming with my eyes open for almost an hour. My Man's experience was somewhat different in peak intensity and duration, also in over-all effect. He felt his immediate and full effects much sooner than I did. After the third power drag, the "I smoke like a pro" drag, he proclaimed that he was "definitely stoned" and immediately started doing house hold tasks, which supported the claim. I felt fine, a more pronounced or intense version of notes on first burn, and was laying on a blanket in the back yard, reading " Seeing Voices" by Oliver Sacks, when all of a sudden my mouth and throat became very dry and sticky. I immediately knew I had "hit that shit to hard", packed up and headed to the kitchen for a drink. My Man was washing dishes and a bit slowly. I filled a pint with water, chugged it, told him "I think I may have over done this, just a touch" to which he replied with a bit of a slow stutter and sluggish mouth movements, "I know I did" he told me that he felt fine regardless and that he just felt a bit disconnected and uncoordinated, then proceeded to the garage in a loose-kneed semi swaying gate to do laundry. Which was pretty funny. I had to pee, sat down to do ma'business, and checked out to dream town as described above. My Man states that he knocked on the door every ten minutes to make sure I was still responsive, which I don't remember. He is the one that timed my check out at approx an hour. His effects of general un-coordiation, mood lift, and general jolly-ness lasted about 5 hours. Other than the sudden onslaught of open-eyed dreaming (I am making a clear distinction from hallucinations here, because it was quite different than what I consider a hallucination) my effects where much more subtle in the long term time frame. My headache and back pain were gone, again, much like burn one but a bit deeper, with a general calm and happiness for at least the next four hours. *Interim flowers: "Harlequin" and "Sweet and Sour Widow" **General important notes: My Man and I haven't smoked in years, in effect, we are complete noobs. If you are a noob, recognize it and imbibe accordingly. We are both known to be very sensitive to the effects of cannabis. My Man was also running on some sleep debt. It is important also to state that the staff at The Herbary did not mislead me in any way about the product and in fact were quite helpful, at no point was the question asked of the staff "can I go crazy on this or what?" or any other possible analog of the same.

This strain is literally the child of Harlequin. I see nearly zero differences between them, which is NOT a bad thing. Harlequin gives you a nice pleasant and mild body and VERY mild head high. Harle-tsu (or harley sue/harlesue/harle sue) is cross bred with Sour Tsunami and Harlequin. This makes for a unique mix. Not only do you get the laughs associated with Hq, you get a strong body sensation as well, from the sour tsunami. The head high seems to hit a bit harder with this over harlequin, but honestly it's a VERY pleasant head high and non-obtrusive. It makes you very happy and uppity and giggly, while giving your the "shifty eye" syndrome( when you break your attention from one thing to another and your head feels like it's catching up and when it does you're hyper focused on something else)..I guess you could call it "dizzy" but not spin dizzy I dunno just don't drive after smoking this strain(or any strain for that matter, that's just dumb. You will enjoy the small head high that it gives you, and you will LOVE the intense yet soft body high you get. Dry mouth is legit with this strain though and the only draw back...You get like "I have nothing to swallow" dry mouth. The taste is magnificent. To me, harletsu and its associated strain(harlequin) has a very smooth and rich piney flavor...Almost like someone made a tootsie roll vanilla flavored with pine. Weird I know, but it has an almost "creamy" taste to it. It's amazing and smooth and not sharp or "bite-y" (as I like to call it) as most other strains. It goes down very easy, and the exhale is amazing as well. It isn't ever a "top shelf" grade, it's typically mids...But I honestly believe harlequin and harletsu are top shelfs with mid price. Maybe why they are and have been a favorite for so long. The only things that are top shelf are the purps/Kush and OG's...That's it..Nothing else. But I'll be honest, the high from this strain is leaps and bounds, in my opinion, above most top shelf leaves. Get this strain, you will not go wrong. I just wish Harlequin and Harletsu are found easily and often, but never really are :/ Which makes me sad. So if you find it, buy a gram and try it. After you're done trying it, go buy more, because you likely will.

While in the military, had multiple body injuries.Have taken the usual Pharmacy cocktails that just did more damage. Finally got my medical cannabis card and the first strain I tried was Harle-Tsu. Work exceedingly well for my skeletal & muscular pain. Also tamed that nerve tingle. The pheno type I had gave a taste of hashy, peppery & menthol taste. It also gave a mellow head buzz with no anxiety or panic attack. After two snapper bowls was relaxed & at ease enough to finally drift off to the first restful sleep in a long while. will try to keep on hand, beautiful strain.

This strain has been a life saver for me. I have Lupus. Extreme arthritis, severe inflammation, just generally feel crappy most of the time. Winter is the WORST for me. Harle-Tsu has made it possible for me to get up off the couch and live my life. I hate feeling high. I know that sounds crazy, but I have zero desire to feel high, I just want to feel BETTER! When I smoke Harle-Tsu I feel relaxed, happy, PAIN FREE and just good in general. I can't say enough good things about this, I just hope they keep this strain because it has brought me back to life.

As a person who's gone from a casual every day stoner, to someone who gets crippling anxiety from only a hit or two, Harle Tsu has been a godsent. Normally as I smoke I start to feel stupid, which is a feeling my brain tries to fight, which makes me claustrophobic and overwhelmed. With Harle Tsu I can take a few bong rips and speak as intelligently as I could if I was sober. It feels similar to perhaps taking half of a vicodin. My muscles are relaxed, I melt into the couch or chair or bed, but I'm completely coherent and intelligent. People who like getting totally ripped on THC have compared it to drinking a non-alcoholic beer, and if you're that type of person I don't think you'll enjoy this weed. But if you don't like the feeling of being stoned, but want some help unwinding, this is the weed for you.

I have chronic back pain and pain from daily workouts. This strain is a lifesaver for pain and inflammation. I even tested the effectiveness. Earlier in the day, my legs were in so much pain I could barely make it down and up any stairs. After vaping Harle-Tsu, I could walk up and down steps without any pain at all. Harle-Tsu cleared my pain and made me feel uplifted. Strain reviewed: Harle-Tsu by Verano 9%CBD, 6%THC

Tried Harle-Tsu for the first time today. Method was CO2 oil vape cartridge from Cresco. As someone who is particularly sensitive to the anxiety inducing effects of THC, this is a decent strain. Two puffs from the cartridge and I get an immediate reduction in pain. 45 minutes later, I am ready to fall asleep. Very sleepy now. The flavor of the cartridge is great, and it did not get me high feeling. I could sense my brain wanting to go into those awful thought patterns you get with high THC strains, but, the very high CBD content keeps that cycle from getting going. My cartridge is a 4:1, at 46% CBD and 10.5% THC. Not sure I could use this one round the clock, but, has great potential for night time use.

Major failure at neuropathic pain that a high THC % variety like Grape Ape or similar suppresses. IMO, the attractiveness of Harle-Tsu lies not in its effectiveness; but the lower incidence of anxiety-inducing "head buzz". H-T leaves a residual mild body "stoney" high that relieves mild pain. The head seems neutral or relaxed. With less head buzz, H-T may help those who don't tolerate THC dominant strains or those new to cannabis or those who don't use regularly. To note is that one can mix H-T with high THC weed to promote desired qualities. A mix may allow some who thought they were intolerant to high THC weed to try a mix for more severe pain. My experience is this. If one is sick enough to see a pain specialist regularly or has gone through Neurontin and Lyrica prescriptions while trying to avoid opioids, then Harle-Tsu alone will not be potent enough. Higher THC% Cannabis is simply more effective. Since Harle-Tsu flunked my pain test but may rate as a mix, I can only give it one star total. It is interesting for the experience, but I will not purchase it again.

this is a great strain for staying focused or having that cerebral buzz- but clear head - this is a mainly CBD high strain - I found this really took the pain away relaxing muscles and chillin right out - I found focus was there no heavy head rush or crash - felt really light and really pain free- one of the more stronger CBD strain I've tried - taste nice, a little woody and a little pungent and strong - but great relief from pain and anxiety- takes the edge off for sure while keeping focused - excellent strain to try ! 5 star pain relief!!
